Our environmental approach

Camping Ma Prairie is a 4.5-hectare garden featuring a wide variety of Mediterranean plants that are perfectly suited to our soil and the particularly sunny climate of our region.

These plants not only offer us exceptional shapes, scents, and colors, but also have the unique ability to adapt to high temperatures and thrive with little water. Our trees and plants quickly find water underground, allowing them to develop their root systems and limiting our water consumption.

• Our flowers: lavender, callistemon, lantana, agapanthus, ceanothus, euryops, etc.
• Our trees: eucalyptus, common oak, pine, cypress, tamarisk, mulberry, Bohemian olive, olive, palm...
• Our hedges: Eleagnus, pittospurum, Photinia, oleander, bamboo, banana trees, etc.

Preserving our biodiversity: a strong commitment!

Birds have found a natural refuge in our park: dozens of species live in our trees and bushes, including magpies, chickadees, jays, blackbirds, hoopoes, wood pigeons, woodpeckers, sparrows, orioles, tawny owls... and of course our swallows, which return every spring to nest in our restrooms and under the pool deck! Their chirping is a daily delight that they will be happy to share with you at leisure!

We mustn't forget the return of the bees, ladybugs, lizards, squirrels, field mice, and rabbits, who happily mingle with all these other creatures!

Our efforts to protect our natural environment will soon be certified by the LPO, the French League for the Protection of Birds.
