1- SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made by Camping Ma Prairie or on the website www.maprairie.com. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
In order to take full advantage of the services offered by Camping Ma Prairie, we advise you to carefully read the general terms and conditions below, which govern the sale of stays. By booking a stay, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions.

2- BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. The reservation only becomes effective after approval by the Campsite, either upon receipt of the deposit and the duly completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
  2. The pitch number is never contractual and is allocated subject to availability.
  3. Reservations are only binding on the Campsite if the Campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse depending on availability and, in general, any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made.
  4. The campsite offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense, with accommodation specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle or that would seek to circumvent it.
  5. Reservations for camping pitches or accommodation are made on a strictly personal basis: only the persons named on the contract will be admitted to the pitch or accommodation. Babies count as full persons.
  6. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

3. GROUP RESERVATIONS

The Campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the Campsite to families or groups who arrive with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation. A group is defined as any families or groups of individuals who know each other and are traveling together, booking under the same individual or individually, more than 3 accommodations or pitches for the same dates or overlapping dates and for the same reasons. All group booking requests must be made in advance to the campsite, which reserves the right to accept or refuse such bookings.

The prices shown are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to the stay is the price in effect on the day of booking, subject to availability. When the customer requests a quote, its validity is indicated on the document. After the validity date, the price indicated is no longer guaranteed.

Any benefits or promotions offered by the campsite after the date of booking cannot be applied to a booking that has already been paid for in full or in part.

The price of stays is indicated in euros (including VAT at the applicable rate) and is indicated for one night, with a minimum number of nights depending on the period.

Administration fees apply to all pitch or rental accommodation bookings, regardless of the length of stay. The amount is fixed and non-refundable.

If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee corresponding to your type of accommodation.

If you are unable to be present during the inventory (departure outside reception opening hours), the deposit will be returned to you by mail, with the exception of the cleaning deposit, which will be retained by the campsite.
